It was like 3 inches shorter than a stock b16a belt. When i upgraded the ctr belt didnt work. I used a napa belt, brought my stock one in and found one 3" or so shorter

Good idea.. go to the store with the belt and match it up. Thanks. Ive had enough CTR Pulley discussion! Im sorry to have brought it up!

So Ive been looking for an alternative to the RedShift Exhaust.. mainly b/c pockets are tight right now.... I found that BLOX makes a "mini" muffler.. anyone ever hear one of these on a bseries?

HAHA CTR pulleys are as hot a topic as Altezzas. I like the idea of that mini muffler. It's probably loud as **** though.

i was under the impression that it wasn't a CTR pulley as in japanese daily driven B16B EK9. I thought that pulley was used only on the CTR N1 Enduro Race engine.

i've used the pulley on two motors. one was an old tired ls and the oil pump failed. That may have been a coincidence. i also used it on a GSR and had no problems but only had it for ~3k miles.

Yeah, definitely loud, but so is the red shift. Just not sure if its worth the 100$.. may be better just spending the extra couple hundred and getting the redshift. decisions, decisions...

Just an FYI..the redshift basically uses two of those (Vibrant) and that's it. You could have a redshift replica done at an exhaust shop for probably $250..I was too lazy and paid for the redshift

My exhaust, when it was similar in style to the redshift, had two resonators. Each a foot long, and it was still loud as hell. Sounded great though!

Resonators tend to help with sound quality, not so much decibel level.

So all that the redshift exhaust is, is two Vibrant "bottle" style resonators?

Inlet Diameter: 2.5"
Outlet Diameter: 2.5"
Resonator Size: 4" Round Body, 15.5" Long
Overall Length: 18"

Maybe one of the 12" and one 18" to make this...

Looks like they use the 18" one in the middle and then the 12" one with just a turndown and a hanger..

Vibrant also has these Ultra Quiet Resonators.

Inlet Diameter: 2.5"
Outlet Diameter: 2.5"
Resonator Size: 4.5" x 6.75" Oval Body, 10" Long
Overall Length: 14"

So I am thinking of picking up a set of 15x7 Equips... but also still thinking of bronze rpf1's... wish they made gold rpf1's in 15inch. Any opinions? Im pretty sure the rpf1's are much lighter... and lighter on the pockets!

Minus (-) the queer camber, yes, that sedan and those wheels are 34DD natural ****.

HotSauce...go for the RPF1's. Those works are played out and I think the RPF1's will compliment all of the purpose built sh*t on your car

Yeah, I hate the mega-camber, ridiculous offset trend, but that car does it very well.

I really like the extra baller look of the works, but the weight issue gets to me. the works are about 5lbs heavier a rim..

The RPF1's don't come in gold.. and I would like some gold rims to accent the rest of the gold parts on my car. (its either that or lime green!) Thinking of buying some RPF1's and powder coating them Gold... kinda to match the 17inch versions. maybe I can even find some red ENKEI stickers to match.

Choosing rims is the hardest decision....
