Its hit or miss with them... i bet they have one, and they just cant find it. I went there and asked, 90-91 rear bumper crx.... "nope' them I was like "theres one" and I then noticed several others... 10 bux later I had a new mint rear bumper. I do biz with them a lot, so thats prolly why it was so cheap!

Ya, Matt, you might of been the one that told me griffin does custom jobs, right?? I do remember that I didnt discover it myself. Sounds right, but dude I was soooooo tired when I was at ur place. But ya, thanks!!! Im glad I finally solved that issue. I think I dumped like 500+ into my last rad and I didnt even like it.

I think I found the solution, now all I need is another set of door caps. Would it be wrong if I had the 88-89 style mugen kit on one car, and the 90-91 kit on the other?

i wanna say the door side has 3 and the 1/4 window side has 2. If u want to remove the window side then remove the 2 and jiggle it. It wont just fall off, u gotta play with it a little.

WHo is really interested in a kevlar JDM or OEM hood... im even trying to get the SIR style hood.(fits usdm, looks jdm)</TD></TR></TABLE>

I'm in for an SiR style USDM carbon kevlar hood. Can we make a list or something?

Well it got slow at work today so I got to work on 2 of my HX wheels (the other 2 were at home)

Here's what they looked like before I started sanding them:

Here's after I sanded one wheel down with 220 grit:

Compared to the untouched wheel:

First coat of primer:

Inside of the wheel:

Second coat (drying):

Only real damage to one wheel (curbed I think):

Finished:

2 more to go

We can... but before we make a list, i think we should know if it is even possible. I think we really have 2 options here... Fiber Images (which made the one original kevlar hood) and Aristro on here may be able to help us out. I contacted doublethink who put together the last FI group buy and heres what he said.......
"3:56 PM 10/17/2008) doublethink: My contact at FI was a man named Will. He no longer works with the company, I was told this the last time I ever spoke to them on the phone. My suggestion to you guys would be to have someone in California who lives in the area go down there in person and see if they would be willing to do it again. Reason being, I feel that Will knew the difference between the jdm and usdm hoods. See the confusion on their part will be my mold was for the true jdm front, their existing hood was for usdm headlights, but with the SiR style bump. Just be very careful that they don't mix these two up. I don't see why they wouldn't still have the mold from the hoods I made. But these types of things might be better discussed in person, to make sure no mistakes are made. I took a gigantic leap of faith with FI and it paid off big time for me, but without Will there I wouldn't know who to speak to. Also keep in mind it took us 7 months to see product, so you better be ready for a wait. Aside the long wait, and the high price, no finer jdm cr-x hood was ever produced, anywhere in the world. You can go to the bank on that one. Feel free to quote this in the thread if you like."

so with that... who lives near fiber images and is interested in a hood??

I will continue to talk to Aristro and see if he can do the job as well...

Anyone on here install Function 7 lca's on their EF with the stock si sway bar?

I'm about to go out and get some nuts, bolts and spacers (or a bunch of washers), to bolt the stock sway onto the Function 7 lca's. I didn't notice the difference of the sway bar mounting points till I started taking the lca's off.
