well i called up ILLSTREET asking about a kevlar hood and they didnt have it, but they do have red blue and gold... extra cash, and 8 weeks to make... but only about 150$ more than regular carbon fiber. the gold looks nice in that pic but looks very glossy/shiny in other pics... check em out.



the first pic looks real shiny.. dont know if its just the camera or what.

Only carbon kevlar hood ive seen was from doublethinks group buy but i cant remember what company he went through.

Nope they made 10 carbon hoods, two went to europe, two to hasport and a few to americans. And one kevlar one

That is the one, my friend has it, if he gets a crx any other color than white or black he is goign to trade me

 

Im gonna try calling Illstreet back and see if i can special order one, if not ill just go with regular carbon fiber. that gold is too baller for me.

THe entire group buy was limited, only one person wanted to drop the extra 150 for this hood

 

it was only 150 more for that? that not bad if you ask me but depends on the msrp.

hood looks good... i have a black car too. thanks for the pic. I really want the kevlar hood to match the back of my bucket seats... im gonna search for a week and then ill buy the carbon if no luck or no group buy comes up.
