lol... so i got the drunken inspired idea to paint the underside of my hood a graphic, like this one

i've been a tatoo artist for years so doing a airbrushing graphicaly isn't a hard task, but i was drunk sooo, i put one nice scratch in my fender, ALMOST broke my front windsheild, and ended up putting it back waiting until i wasn't drunk if i was actualy gonna do it...

i dunno... i might, i might not. I don't really care what other people think for the most part. The only factor with me is how serious i want to keep the car, and myself.
i don't wanna be stuck with one look or style, so i think i'm going to do it just cause part of me thinks its a bad idea.

so i guess we will see

I always thought that red 1st. gen. convertable was custom. I had no idea they actually made those until I saw that craigslist ad. Learned something new today. Now I can go home, and it's only 7:28am. That's right, I've been here 28 minutes and this is a top priority. It sets the slacker pace for the rest of the day.

thats funny.. because i was at a junkyard and i saw one. i was like wtf did someone do to this? trying to figure out where the trunk came from ahaha. i looked from the underside and saw that it was cut at the pillars. and it looked like it was done aftermarket, not a shell made to be convertable. supports were added in random spots too.

I bet they had/have some serious leaking issues. If I'm not mistaken, my '85 Accord was the (or one of) first models with a sunroof and it leaks like a mother. She's caulked shut now.

You should have just made the accord a convertable. All you need is a sawzall, a tarp and some bungee straps.

She'll go out with a bang, you can be sure of that. One of these days I'm gonna Dukes-of-Hazzard it off a jump somewhere.

I need to get an updated picture of it. It's got 4 different steelies and I took the whole front grill out because I smashed it into pieces nailing a stray shopping cart.

This is the proper way to dismantle your old entertainment center (5 seconds)...

We did something similar in college to a sleeper sofa. Then we burned it. Then the cops came, looked at the wire frame of the sofa and said "Is that a couch?" I said "No, not anymore". He gave us a warning and left.

Haha, that's awesome. When I took the gas tank out of my hatch, we decided it was a good idea to burn off those extra couple of gallons in the front yard. We had the garden hose standing by, but we didn't anticipate the 8ft flames. I still don't know how the fire department didn't show up. It took a good 10 minutes to put it out. That part of the yard still has no grass.

*EDIT* I think this is the page Bart owned 9 pages ago.

WTF is your commute!?

OH I think I'll take a shortcut down this here mountain, jump over a gulley and land @ the parking lot.

How you going to lock that thing down? Our new building is going to have a bike rack either inside, or on the roof. 1/2 of us ride & they all have $$$ bikes. A few even rep Colnago's

The cheapest frame is $2000

Believe it or not I actually ride that on the street. At 4Xlbs. it is heavy, and a hell of a workout. When I actually dust off the roady I am gonna fly on it. I love freeriding. I will jump off of anything I can find. That is why the roady sits. The only time I ride it, is when riding with other well versed riders on roadys. It is hard to keep up with that rig. If I am with slower riders or by myself I jump off anything in my path. I quit my job to my commute it to the shop to work on the car and back.
