If you are looking for a Recaro for your "fat ***" I would suggest getting a Recaro Sportline seat.
They don't have the high bottom cushion like the SRD style seats

Mekanism and a couple other people I was talking about painting cars on the driveway.
Here's some old pictures of when we painted my blue CRX. It started out silver and we stripped it down to start from scratch. The whole car was painted right on the driveway during the day. No covering around it or wetting the floor, just straight up painted the way it was parked.
The pictures shown are also before it was wet sanded. Just some examples that it can turn out good even if not in a paintbooth.
We did it in stages since we didnt have time to really prep the whole car all at once. So the front was done, then the back part, and the hatch and hood separately.
We put all new OEM honda moldings, side door trim, back triangle piece, window moldings, new windows(windshield, doors, rear side), antenna block off, and a new rear water nozzle thingy

From my understanding, all late model oil pumps are the same....everything from b20's, b18's and b16's. Im unsure of the exact starting year where the pumps are the same...i think it may be 96?

I'm completly impressed with your paint skills. What about dust getting in the paint? I've got a bunch of paint questions for you mekanism, should I IM you, or can we discuss that here?

There's lots of good info on the satin paint jobs in this thread.

Ok, let's talk paint. I have an extra hood that I may try painting on. The roof on my hatch is messed, so I'm going to need a pro. to fix it. The sheet metal has seperated from the cross supports...but I've had several body shops tell me it can be fixed.
Anyway...to paint....where do you begin? How do you sand/prep the car? And what type of paint gun do you use, and paint, and where do you get it?

I think we need a paint/body forum.
I always have questions.

I did some searching on h-t for paint and body work, but didn't find alot of really good info. It would be cool to find some write-up for a painting virgin. A step by step from start to finish.
