I see too many CRXes get ganked. Don't make the mistake. It is a subject I am passionate about. Plus it is my profession currently. I know I have the only Genuine Mugen Kitted CRX in the state, or possibly country, or possibly world with a K motor in it, plus I got a glass roof now too. I have yet to see one like my car anywhere. Once that bish is painted It is going to be killing it out there. So I have my security on lock. Besides, I have had my **** fucked with before so I am paranoid.
Anyway I had cliff notes. So sue me.

how often do head on collision happen @ the track say with a barrier or somethig like.
The fastners make good sense I'm just worried about toe above question.
Now its just trying to decide which bumper to track with
EF9 front w/ splitters
or
EF3 front w/ splitters

Thanks man. It has been a long hard road to get the car to where it is now. I remember the day I did my first engine swap some 9 and a half years ago. It has now had every single part removed at least once.

i am having some problems with my d15b2. there is a little bit of oil in my third cylinder and i have no idea why right now. i'm sort of a noob so bare with me. anyone want to give me any ideas? i don't want to go to a mechanic mainly because i need to save some money. i plan on going back to southern cali with the car - 360miles away.
i want the car to make and run strong. there is about 118k on the car and just need a good engine that'll keep me going around.
i live in oakland, ca area and want someone to take a look at the engine. i can meet up in san jose also. PM me! thanks!

bart speaks what i feel.
living in chicago with a honda is a scary thing.
i basically built my car with the F2D setup and full custom manifolds/kit/etc because i thought, "Who wants to steal a car for that crap?"
somebody would though, open hood, see what it was, and just disregard it, and i wouldnt have it anymore. 7 years gone.

Don't worry James. I sold those wheels a long time ago. Notice that front bumper is a fake not my real one too. I literally had those blades for like 3months. I was going to keep them for track wheels, but they weigh too much.

ive been wanting a 'baller/cruiser' car ever since i sold the ridgeline. the fit is gay as ****. and that old 540i is just soooo damn clean!!

A parts and repairs expensive on BMW's? I've looked at some of the later 90's 3-series sedans, but everyone tells me they cost an arm and leg to fix. I wouldn't mind finding a 98ish M3.
James, what exactly are you doing with those altezzas?

I've worked on my friend's e36 it was a pile, and hard to work on. Plus it was junk. The water pump impeller blades were plastic, as well as the thermostat housing. After like 100K they break and fall apart, **** overheats, and warps the head, if you aren't careful. If I did ever do a Bimmer, I would get a 318ti because they are light, and put an s50 euro spec motor with a 6 speed in it. It would be a sweet setup.

The kinsler ITB's are money!! Alot of the mk1 Vw guys are all about em
And those that dont see the need for quick bumper releases have never a) owned diagnosed a turbo car or b) never had to get a lowered honda onto a trailer

Okay, I've just been reading through because of being busy at work, but now I have to ask as well, James, what's up with the Altezza's?
Seriously? I mean I know people are getting better at being more creative, but this one has me scratching my head now...

Good luck with getting the itbs to fit Bart.
1. the fuel rail needs to be on the bottom.
2. they need to kink down like the hayward
3. they prolly need to be shorter than the hayward
4. the velocity stack needs to be really small, or chopped on the top.

I'm sure they can do all of that. I guess he just made a set for his EP3, and got the hood to close. He told me he would ship me that set, and let me try it too. He angled it down, and did basically everything you said. He said it is very possible.

Thats what I said. He saw me post in a thread. I think I said something about those are cool, but I bet they won't fit under a CRX hood. Then dude contacted me, and started telling me all this info. If you want Ry I'll forward it to you over on that forum that has something to do with an engine code.org or something like that. Sorry just trying to be nonchalant, so the ***** don't get mad.

yea i know. I was gonna look into the J's Racing front lip eventually. im not really worried about how the car looks on the outside right now. i'll do all that in the winter. right now im trying to make it run right and handle well.
Any ideas now that i've posted pics of the wheels sticking out?
