For every 15 lbs of mass, add 2lbs of boost. I like mine and its not going anywhere.

Now heat/ac/rear wiper/windshield squirters/ heavy *** fuel filter/evap can/ heavy usdm bumper supprt.....Thats a different story

That's my feeling on sunroofs. I'm glad the Fit doesn't have one.

Speaking of bumper supports, I've got a question. With an EF9 front, do I just use the USDM bumper support? Does it need to be modified?

Gotta take the intake manifold off just to remove the bitch. had to do it twice last year...I was pissed. The first time I had it rebuilt and they did a sorry *** job. Took it to another shop to rebuild it again, and they told me that the guys who run that other shop used to work for him and they always half assed things. So he gave me a better deal than those other guys did and did a much better job.</TD></TR></TABLE>

My experience was i had the usdm hf (similar to jdm unit) And it didn't line up at all with my sir bumper, so i used the sir support. Im sure u could make it work but the ef9 would be the easiest/best fit, but that is based on ef8/crx ****.

I'm teh happiest swapped ef owner ever since I modded a teg bracket to use my d series commpresor for a/c. It is the most fabricated piece of work on my car currently. Pretty soon I get to create my own exhaust and relocate my battery...

I'll modify the stock one. It can't be that hard.

I think I solved the door beam issue. Nothing the die grinder can't handle. I started cutting out the inside portion of the door so I'd have access. I'd planned on cutting all that crap out anyway, since it'll be covered by some aluminum panels. The end of the door by the handle has 4 spot welds holding the beam in. I can't see whats up with the other end. Next time I'm out there I'll take some pics. I want to weigh all the excess metal that's coming out, too.
