I dont have baller money like you. Maybe in a few years and a few grand from saving money by eating ramen I might have some. More than likely my next choice is gonna be a used evo 8, just gotta research their reliability more.
That's why I have a 2006 WRX limited that is as loaded as a scooby can get and a mildly lifted 2004 Ranger 4x4. They appear to be a more "mature" choice lol. </TD></TR></TABLE>

Let's just say I'm getting a type-s engine damn near free and would only have to really pay for extra part's/labor.

Cause my friend totalled his type-s and is parting out the car cheap. He sold his VAFC2 for like $50. And his engine, well he's selling it for DIRT CHEAP. With my connections I'll probably only be putting in 6-7k at the most total for the whole swap to be done.
And oh Jay you're living my dream, I want a Suby too but an '06 Wagon and also a lifted Tacoma as well. Maybe when I get a little older.

The K series motor stop spitting oil in cylinders 1 and 2 in hard right turns and after 8,500rpm you would have to custom fab an S2000 oil spitter to mount on the left side of the motor to costantly see a gain. With that said the crank wouldn't support the power it would take an S2000 crank....too much work, not worth in, IMO 
It doesn't really matter how cheap the motor is because the labor will exceed that and anyone saying anything different is not only a pro but a person that has too much time on their hands. K is the new b but be smart about it. The motors where made for a different kind of chassis and the positive gain different is different in the two. I thought about buying another car and swapping this that and the other but now....ACURA TL Type-S is in the works. Good power, room, luxury, blah blah blah. That or the four door Fg.
P.S. I'll be happy for anyone with the K motor swap. It'll be a fun car to drive.

You guy's complain about that? I spent $150 on my first set of original smoked Vision's and am about to spend like $180 on another set and probably another $150 for a third set. C'mon guys you gotta pay the cost to be the boss...
