i would say it's time for some nice mount like this.

so looks like sunday and monday i'll be one busy mother.....im pulling my gsr motor and throwing a single slammer in it....taking the gsr apart and getting it ready for new sleeve's and a all motor build. ill take hella pics of all of us working we plan one swapping three cars....should be a fun weekend.

 

i think i will be pulling the motor from garage ***** soon.... i have been thinking about boost for tooooo long.

you know what they say once you go boost u never goo back.. so be wise.. but i did it haha.. but miss it alot.. nothin like a boosted hatch.. no feeling like it...but.. think about reliability man...build it and tune it right man.. man its late... BUMP!!!!

 

^^^LOL boost is always fun. But alot of the older guy's I've talked too that had really fast boosted car's eventually came back to all motor.

i much rather have a boosted hatch over a n/a set up.....the power is fun.....once i get into corrections i'll be parking the hatch and doing her the way i've dreamed of.

b series & d series rear mounts are the same. only difference is the tranny bracket. i have one, make an offer + you pay for shipping.

I have had many a boosted car, it's nice, but I will never go back. I enjoy the power band of my current setup MUCH more than my old screamers. I don't have to down shift to pass, just roll on the throttle and get around someone as easily as I would have dropping to 3rd in my last car that made double the power.


And when I want to go fast, Ijust reach behind me and open a valve

Then it's all I need lol.

hey gotta question for you all... my parking brake light comes on when i accelerate and when i corner quickly... and today it just stayed on the whole time. can anyone tell me what that might mean? and yes, i made sure the brake handle was down all the way haha. I appreciate any help!

 

so update!!!!!!!

Well Monday my whip is going to see the body doctor and is going to be taken care just right! But..... yesterday, I was at the local get together with my friends and we were just talking and ****.... So I go bring one of my friend's home because he was living for Long Island today. So when I come back to the meet, I open my hood to check something and then I just let it rest on the locking mechanism (basically looks closed but isn't)

So my friend goes out in is DA and start going around this big parking lot and is doing like laps (this is a nearly deserted area... not even cops come here) so this girl comes up to me and say lets see what yours can do. So stupid me because this girl is hot and I am single now... I start to think with my ***** then with my head and just forget about my hood. So I hope in my car and I start going. I make a nice turn into the first corner and just floor it. I was doing about 120 Km/H when my hood just pops up and hit my windshield.

I naturally started slowing down when I saw the hood coming up... but at the same time I said to myself:'' oh ya the hood was open".....
Did I feel like a douchebag... Then the girl was all over me because she felt so bad! SWEET... but not so sweet!
