I'm 6' 165 lbs now. Jan 7th 2011 I was 198.5 lbs. This stems from working out 4-5 days per week for the last year.

I wrestled in school and have been training/fighting mma since I was 18. Losing weight can be done very easily, but it is bad for you in a quick time frame. It also depends on what you weigh and what a natural body weight would be for you.

The most Ive dropped was 15 in a day. Obviously 90% of that was water weight. I had to do that for a fight. I spent the whole morning before the fight working out as hard as I could. I never wore sweat suits so I just had two layers of sweatpants and sweatshirts. Once I was done with that I took a bath then went to a quick salt bath. After that I spent all day sitting/working out in a sauna. I think I sat in the sauna on and off for 8-9 hours.

15 in a week can be done, but its not going to be actual fat and true weight you would be shedding. You gain most of it back unless you deny fluids in your diet for a while to maintain that weight.

i hated cutting weight. we would go thru all the moves, then a friend and i would go tothe gym and sit in the steam room and do push up's and jump rope in there. its half the reason why i hate cardio now, but i need to get back on the wagon.

when i think about the **** i use to do it's like i was in the middle of an eating disorder. So bad for my body....but i dont regret wrestling one bit. I love that sport.

Yeah props to you Jesse if you're going to be buying a house. I didn't know all the details.

I'm pooped. Been looking for a wall clock for a while now but can't seem to find a skate shop will sell me the one hanging on their wall.

GABE. The skate shop you are always posting about, do they sell Nixon watches?

Yup, thats right. Seems like its the right time to do it with prices and interest rates being so low. As far as the Cali trip, im still going. Im going to be buying my plane ticket very soon.

i have different plans. house and 3 car normal garage and a small shop on the side of the house.

Jesse you need to hit me up sometime soon.

So last week I had a pretty shitty thrusday. Wheels studs snapped off randomly and still dont know why. I figured while i had to replace the fronts anyways why not just do what i had been planning on and go arp all the way around. I thought i had got the right brakes (brad i can still get the rears sold) this time, but I got sent the smaller front rotors and the pads to match. Rears are oe replacement rotors and stop tech pads (not sure the model). well now im waiting for my return shipping label and such.
My next plan is to build a transmission that will suite my motor set-up since i'm going down the road that most dont tend to with a n/a ls, really dont need all the high hp to be fast at auto x. I just want a bit more top end for when i start getting around to the tracks here. Back to the transmission; going to put a mfactory 4.923 in a ls transmission, so that way i have a fair mid range for the motor, gears enough for the track and shorter for auto xing. Going to put a quaife in it as well and get rid of my peg leg issues. I can honestly say it feels good to be getting deep into a car again. Summer time is when i plan on picking up a daily so that way i can really do the things I want to the car.
Sorry for the long rant, just wanted to share what all I've been up too since i hardly have time to really post on here like I use too. Hope all is well for everyone. I'll post some picture updates this weekend of what I have been up too.

No idea. I can ask...but I've never had a keen eye for spotting time pieces in the skate shop.
