congrads on the car....you realllly need alot of degreaser and a good pressure wash.....on the engine bay...

I'm late... but, if you paint your roof black to intimidate to look, its pretty ricey.

street_racer_nc, to me it seems like you want something different than the run of the mill civic paint scheme.. sucks to say, but its hard to pull off any sort of two tone on a hatch.. all of the bodylines blend together too well and the over all look of the car is fairly bland making any 'custom' paint scheme look ugly and out of place.

both of those comments are in my opinion. which depending on who you are probably doesn't matter much. </TD></TR></TABLE>

i know its hard for the 2 tone to look right. i will probably end up with with the black roof, in all honesty...

of course i wouldnt just do what people say, i am not that guy. and i do respect an opinion, when i ask for one. not so much if i didnt ask, you know!

i am going to have to play in photoshop today and make some mock ups. i will post them later y'all.

photoshop is the best way to make a decision on any appearance mods IMO. I use it all the time to figure out little things I want to do

the black roof doesn't look bad, since on each edge there is something dividing it from the rest of the paint on the car.. though I think it only really looks good if you have a CF hood and duckbill, then small black accents around the car(such as the molding being unpainted, doorhandles, etc. ). good luck with whatever you do
