you wouldn't think of Brazil to have "such things", but look at how many open wheel stars have came from there. they take racing seriously, for sure.
also, great video to learn from too. he has a good line, but he doesn't use all of the track. he is leaving a lot of the green areas untouched. the last corner seems rough too, i would experiment on that inside curb aka monster truck it. #gravedigger

The guy in the video was pretty good I thought too, very smooth and really using the track width. The last corner is just a little rough pavement wise but its just a tight kink that you have to control the sliding. You can't really monster truck it, too steep and not a good line. What I was doing was just clipping the tires on it and that worked well.

fast forward in about 5 minutes, where the driving actually gets up to "speed". i have the time sheets at home, i think most of my laps were 1:07.2-1:08.5s, but i did drop a 1:06.9 which was the fastest of the weekend.

some days, the ol' scale pisses me off.
yesterday is my late day at work, so i don't go to the gym. my eating went as follows:
breakfast: 2 pieces of toast, wheat.
3 turkey sausage links.
11am: naked chicken burrito; rice, chicken, black beans, pico, corn salsa, habenero.
245pm: 2 clementines and a banana.
545pm: 2 clementines and a bowl of pineapple.
scale this morning +1.2lbs since yesterday morning.

Good stuff Brad, I've been on that hustle too. Stopped eating fast food all together and soda (except subway but that's not really fast food).
Having special K cereal with skim milk in the morning (about 250 or less), for lunch I get a wrap at work or a subway 12" ham on wheat, no cheese, let+tom+pickls+olives and sweet onion dressing and a k bar after lunch (90 calories) and arnold palmer lite icedtea/lemonade (80 calories).For dinner whatever there is lol.
Besides the diet Im just running at work all day and doing pull ups/hanging crunches at home. Helps I guess lol. Gotta get my *** in a gym though!

Matter of fact' I just called her to see what she thought I should do about ordering my pistons. I didnt want to spend the money even tho I had it but those are the first step in the rebuild.
Her response- "Well yaaaa you should order them! If you need money I can help you out. You may as well get started on the build as soon as you can."
i wanted subway real bad when i got off work last night. i get off at 8, well normally 24 seconds, oh wait, work, right..anyways, yeah.
tonight will probably be 40 minutes on the summit to get the night going. then on to some core and compound movements. followed by 20 minutes on the elliptical. then i will end the night with some sauna and stretching. boom baby.

i understood what you were saying. calling it a diet is like calling your car an eg. it might not be "correct", but it is understood.
i would say i am "dieting" right now, which technically you are right anyway because it is always a diet, regardless of good or bad. lol.
