I was looking for a Captiva Blue EG Si. I was able to find the Captiva Blue but the SI Model is hard to find. I guess this will do because no sunroof = weight reduction?

Yeah theres clips that hold it down it may or may not be broken. There is also a screw I believe behind the emergency button as well.

The plug is to check your cel code.

 

Ah thanks for the answer linh, can you buy the clips from the dealership? Cuz I don't remember seeing the clips when I pulled the trim out

 

They are clips that kinda look like the black one in this picture.

 

They break easily when the piece is taken off. Not sure if the dealer sells them separately.

 

I know I broke a couple of mine off when I pulled that trim piece off to install my cluster YEARS ago. I got creative with my drill and some bailing wire to get mine held down tight....

^ This is what I thought as well.. But my buddy has a VX Model in OEM Captiva Blue and I have a DX in Captiva Blue. We both have ripped our cars apart searching for any signs of chipped paint under our carpets and panels, and it's never had a color change, etc. It's weird..

 

The guy I bought my hatch from had a Captiva blue DX that was factory.
