Yeah theres clips that hold it down it may or may not be broken. There is also a screw I believe behind the emergency button as well.

Ah thanks for the answer linh, can you buy the clips from the dealership? Cuz I don't remember seeing the clips when I pulled the trim out
I know I broke a couple of mine off when I pulled that trim piece off to install my cluster YEARS ago. I got creative with my drill and some bailing wire to get mine held down tight....
^ This is what I thought as well.. But my buddy has a VX Model in OEM Captiva Blue and I have a DX in Captiva Blue. We both have ripped our cars apart searching for any signs of chipped paint under our carpets and panels, and it's never had a color change, etc. It's weird..
