Since we beat this subject to death, can you give me an tips on how to install my OEM em1 lip on my del sol????

 

Same way you do with any other lip.

Better with two people though

LOL, I figured that part out. I meant to get it to flare as little as possible on the sides. I thought I read months ago that it needs to be trimmed or something, no?

It stopped pumping oil.

Destroyed my freshly sleeved and built motor. Had about 3000 miles total on it!!

but yea, pretty much the same way youd mount any oter lip, just take the bumper off, flip it over, line it up how you want, put in screws.. lol be prepared though, its gunna take some work to make it fit flush, lips gunna be about an inch too long, so this is where it takes some work, think it took me about an hour (by myself) just messing around with it to make it fit how i wanted

so......... tomorrow i may be stepping out of the Sol game. not for good, but atleast for a little while. i put the car up for sale just to see if i'd get some reasonable offers. well i got an offer from the original owner of the Sol and made an offer i can't pass up.

it's a 93 DA Teg, Aztec Green(new paint but looks like the prep could have been better), full interior minus carpet(it was [freak]ed), B16 block, GSR head, GSR hydro trans, Innovative Mounts brand new, working A/C, and a few other things.

So if all goes well, tomorrow morning will be the last time i drive my baby. but it's on to bigger and better things.
