like this car a lot

looks like a beast but really clean too

he actually has the reverse of my skinny/slick drag wheel set up

Welds in the front for slicks and lensos in the back for skinnies

I've got lensos in the front for slicks and Welds in the back for skinnies

LOL...we should trade

my other/previous set up with bogart skinnies instead:

replied...finally

speaking of tucks

Here's one I did over the summer on an EK

did the entire swap too since the motor was in his JDM Front DC2 but wanted to switch bodies to a lighter, nicer car (paint on the teg was ****)

oh and did I mention that motor is pushing out 210whp with toda cams?

tucked the H.I.D.s too LOL (dual staged with a relay so HIDs both low AND high beam)

on with the money shots:

before:

after:

(I'm don't do body work so only so much I can do...)

color matched CW slips:

customer was super happy and came back later for a cut off switch too

i kinda doubt it..the value on those is anywhere between $3K-$4K obviously due to the rarity and supply and demand

Revised? when did they come out with those? where and how did you get them?

If I just bought my brand new a month ago (pretty much directly from S2) would they be the same then?

How can you tell the difference? Just by the bushings lasting instead of failing/tearing?

lol Vega didnt pick them up..others said the same thing about picking them up

its rare to see them with the lip stickers since theyre so old, the lips are usually oxidized and always end up getting re-done by the new owners..therefore, they have no choice but to remove the stickers

what are you running for management on your car again?
you have a wideband I assume and logging it?

regardless, street tuning is always good fun
only so much you can do on the dyno and if you can further tune it on the street then why not? just to smooth things out like partial and tip in

carbon trunk and rear garnish?
looks it with the different shades of black, but can't be 100% sure from the picture

either way

nice clean set up too...making good numbers with it?

Modified by mugen-k at 12:46 AM 9/5/2008</TD></TR></TABLE>

yeah has a carbon hood, trunk and garnish

setup makes 280hp and 205tq at 9lbs tuned by evans on s300 in open loop and still gets 30+ miles to the gallon. runs like a champ
ive been tweaking things slowly on the magement but to be honest the tune froim evans was great from the get go.

little pic of my monitoring system wideband hooked to pcm for datalogging.

any of you guys know how to get ahold of tom...I believe his username on ebay was something like shrina25 or something close to it.....been trying to get ahold of him since he will probably really want the mags from the EF (his car was stolen and one of the many things taken was his set of mags)

edit:

found his internet site:
lincorp.com .....username is the same on TSC

so what would be a good kit for HID to add to my JDM one piecers? That an ITR motor I take it?

And far as exhasut goes, are any good ones offered bigger than 60mm catbacks?

In Chi-town atm so still keeping up a lil bit.

all plug and play kits have bad glaring and often a ver scrambled light pattern....retros are the best way to go

ands as for exhausts....custom .....seriously other than the Kteller kit which is sub par IMO I don't know of any direct bolt on true 2.5 or 3" systems

Glad you like it

Man I'd love to come out to SoCal (again)

Had an awesome time the last couple of times I've been (a while ago tho )

Maybe you could even get a "group buy" together to make the trip even more worthwhile LOL

Or maybe if I'm able to pick up and bring that wing ^^^ back home with me.... the trip would be definitely be worthwhile enough for me
