Yes, it looks just like the standard Fan Swith but its "solid" where the AC button normally is. The pain in the *** is, in order to use this $6.00 part you have to buy a completely different control switch, as in behind the dash. So in order to make a DA look as if it never came with AC its a $50 mod.

whats up guys, i'm about to get my first DA. i've had a EK ferio, DC lsvtec, and a del sol, but i've never laid my hands on a DA. i can get my hands on a mint 93 LS for cheap, but it's an automatic. people have told me it's hard to swap to the 5spd, but I don't know how true that is. i've swapped over my DC to 5spd, but everyone's telling me the DA is totally different and a lot harder. how true is that?

Its been a week since I have had my DA and I am loving it. 91 jasper LS. I was soo close to buying sixfiveoh's DA when it was for sale but the rusto paint was killing it for me. I wanted to repaint it back to jasper asap if I did pick it up.

Anyhoooo, I love my DA. It is bone stock for now from the suspension to the muffler. The only mod I have done so far was the antenna delete using OE honda parts from a accord. props to all of the fellow DA'ers in here especially the ones with OG status like .J., mugenDAxsi and TightE46(white DA, now white DB).

congrats to ff-greg for getting another one.

i did it to mine... not that hard at all... i know innovative is making an auto-manual swap kit... not sure if its out yet or not... the trans mount is the only difficult thing about it... i doubt it would be much diff. than the DC

Yessir. Me and Jasper have a history. It was supposed to be my first car back in 96. It was parked next to a red 91 CRX si. I picked up the CRX instead and to this day I regret it big time. I always wanted one and now that I sold my EG, I was able to pick one up. This is DA number one for me but I have owned a few DB's in the past (91 & 92).

 

is it a 90 or 91?

 

there was suppose to be a db2 in GT4, but they cut it a the last second....im going to wait and see. i hope its in there, but i doubt it.
