i know they aren't rota..... but as the rumor goes..... it's like if i had the cash right now, and flew to the philipenes (sp?) talk to rota about a design i had in mind and payed them to make the wheels for me..... as part of the contract you can't disclose that you made or who made the wheels..... and then shipped back to the stated some guy goes about selling them.... just some nobody with no company name just making some money of this whole "mesh/fat lips/jdm" crap....

You purchase it from a paint supplier, and I suggest to either buy DuPont or PPG...period.
