Canadian Black (black car from canada) is the rarest more than likely... With manual seat belts on top of it all. in the USA I believe the aztec is the rarest

why would it be illegal? mine has been broke, so i disconnected it til i could get a new one, and ive been driving around for a while with no 3rd. never been pulled over. just as long as your brake lights have a high and low on them, youll be fine
