Thanks man, I'm gonna try to get some more pics. Haven't been able to find any good spots with "clear" lighting.

Can’t beat your oxidization, beige interior, steelies, and busted engine? And your auto x skills?
I think Dylan and I have good cases for da9 skills in az. and we have fun at the track. Dylan likes my racing harts. I like his volks. It’s a mutual respect thing. Right Dylan? See ya at the next NASA event.

Ha! Good stuff.
Seriously, me and you need to get on the track together at one of these events. I wanna see who has the best all around DA in these parts. I still want those Type-Cs, dammit...

No one is absolutely sure about the production numbers for the DB2's, supposedly there is around 4000-4500 (per G2IC last I read). I bet anything like 1500 of them have had a swapped engine, been wrecked, flooded, or any of the other things that would basically scratch out the rarity of them.

5000 units per year was the projected production number... it was never met. the highest chassis number from '92 that I have seen is just a hair over 3000... '93 was less, mid 2000 units. Putting the total for both years of release at around 5000-5500 units. Honda of canada will not release anymore information than the projected production numbers, and we can only read and add those numbers together to get the units produced. any car with the window sticker is the only way to know if the gsr is a matching numbers car( the engines number does not match the chassis number). Indeed many of the cars are now gone... crashed, modified beyond repair, etc. If you are one that owns an original matching numbers '92-'93 GS-R... take care of them
If you want a car to mod get an RS chassis
