im pretty sure those are OEM. rare nontheless and only available for 90-91 style bumpers..

they're stamped "koito" same as usdm taillights.

Proof is that they are stamped Koito same manufacturers as our taillights. ANd they were an optional piece for the 90-91 bumpers. I'll try to get you the part number if i still have the box..
