it rained all night last night. this morning i start my car and SPLASH! a ton of water comes dumping into the passenger side floor. it came from up by the vent where the heater blows. my heater controls were on defrost/floor with the vent closed. wtf? explain why it did this. it looks like it accumulated all night then when i started it up this morning, it opened somethin and let teh floodwaters in. i need help.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Congratulations, you now own a DA. Probably the most common problem they ALL have... oh, and you'd be wise to keep an extra distributor on hand, just in case.
Go to g2ic.com and search teg tips... there's a fix to the passenger leak problem in there I believe.

I hope you get it really soon. Drivers in this country are stupid. Things can happen out of nowhere, leaving you no escape. I've seen it happen on several occasions, including my dad when he wrecked his truck at 60+ mph on the interstate with nowhere to go.
With stock seat belts you have side-to-side movement and can avoid the roof caving in on you if it happens. If you are strapped in harnesses, assuming first of all that they're installed correctly, you cannot avoid the roof caving in which is why you need rollover protection. Of course if the harnesses are not installed correctly, that just opens up a whole other set of potential dangers.</TD></TR></TABLE>
woud you say that in any collision besides a rollover, a bucket seat would be safer than an OEM seat? Then, id still take my chances in a bucket

What made you choose the Ex Mag? With the power your car is going to be putting out, it might have been a better idea to go with a less restrictive exhaust.
The Ex Mag still retains the transverse mounted muffler, which keeps the restrictive 90 degree bends after the LCA, and the muffler is chambered not straight through.
The RS*R is a great exhaust, but I thought you were trying to go all out so you could break into the 13's???

AHHHH I see. That means I still haven't seen another black 90-91 DA with gray/black interior. I wanted this exact car for 4 years and when one popped up on autotrader I swooped it within 12 hours. Some guy had already called the owner to see the car the next day, so I just showed up to the owners house that night and cut him a deposit check.
