decided to give rest + anti-inflammatories a try before resorting to surgery. feeling a bit better, not good yet, but hopefully slowly my body will heal itself naturally.

It wasn't anywhere near as clean as Dave's Integra. I have a picture of the two next to each other somewhere, I think...
