I don't know. They were already on the car when I got it. I can't wait to remove them,if I ever get to repaint it.

I personally don't like them. I think they go up too far on the fender and rear quarter panel. I prefer the natural body lines.

 

 

Any of you turbo guys, running a journal bearing turbo?

If so, do you have any type of filter or restrictor.

My cars oil pressure is on the high side(80-100 psi WOT) and I've always seemed to have issue with over oiling. So I've been running a sintered filter(look it up if need be, LOL) which helped but lately I've been seeing puffs of smoke here and there. Thinking it could be over oiling I bought a 0.065 restrictor and am finally going to pressure test it to see.


Just curious what you all are seeing.

No restrictor on my t3/t4 but then again I'm only boosting up to 10 psi. What's the condition of your turbo? I had mind rebuilt(turbo) and my motor only has 20k it.

 

Turbo is basically brand new, maybe 200-500 miles on it.
Motor is the same too.

 

On the need list for this weekend:

Harbor freight "Racing" jack and jack stands
Oil pan gasket
Bradd Penn 10w-40

Here's a shitty pic of the samco rad hoses the ones for an Em1 fit real good just have to trim the top hose maybe 1/2 inch wanted these hoses bad and found them on Craigslist for cheap

Picked these bad boys up, 93 GSR leathers in great condition. A single tiny scratch on the passenger seat but other that that perfect

That white spot on the driver seat looks like its faded but its just the sunlight, really nice and dark black.
