any local shop should do it. auto parts stores also sell retrofit recharge kits.

the little "charge tanks" that they sell are crap and avoid them at all cost..yea they do the job but it must be done right -by a professional or some one that knows what they are doing- remove all the old r12 pressure check the system and then change the fittings and add the r134a and then make sure that low side and high side are at the appropriate psi levels....the kits that they sell at the autoparts store dont do this...or save ur self some work and money and find someone that handles r12 its hard to come by and most will just do the retrofit since itll be cheaper for them but if u dont wanna change the system at all they will do it for the right price

Actually, no. The stock bulbs are 9004 and are nothing like the H4H bulbs which are used in the one piece lights. The DIY you're thinking of is modding H4 bulbs to fit like H4H. It's actually really easy, I was forced to do it a long long time ago when one of my bulbs burnt out and I needed a replacement asap. I actually modded it in the autozone parking lot. Ah, gotta love those years as a poor college student.

If you look at the cut wires on the sockets that should come with the one pieces, the color of the wires will match exactly to your USDM headlight wiring. You just have to cut off your USDM sockets and wire in the JDM sockets.

Yes, very ugly! I feel the placement is ok, I ran a different calibration yesterday, just need to get out and drive and see if it reads around 10 - 11 a/f at WOT in high RPMS.

I posted a long post a few pages back but basically the LC-1 was reading like 12.5 when in actuality and according to an LM-1 unit the A/F was 8.5.

Innovate isn't any help YET.

have any ideas? How do YOU calibrate the sensor, like your personal method?

this is gonna sound like a dumb suggestion, but did you let the wideband heat up to atmosphere first before placing it in the exhuast, i know this is mostly common sense stuff but i am just thinking why it would be reading off.
