I wouldn't have a car without financial aid. You guys are stupid ones for spending hard earned cash on pos cars that barely run.

Buying a car with financial aid is acceptable.
Modifying your car with financial aid (beyond maintenance) is unacceptable.
If I can't afford to buy new parts for my toy, why should I and everyone else pay for you to?

I'll somewhat agree as these days a car seems to count as "needed" things like housing.

Same... I facepalmed when I saw that "You know you own an EG, EK when..." thread because I have owned like 3 different Civics, a Legend, and my Teg and they have all been little troopers, how some people have that much trouble with their Hondas is beyond me..

x2 on using your school money for cars. That's dumb. If you save your hard earned cash and are smart with it, I see no reason you couldn't get a clean, reliable car.

I was a kid on welfare so I had no problem spending all my financial aid on my car. I love when the working people paid for me to have my car and modify it. I came out with a degree and a mad jdm car.

So I've been having trouble finding the right BOV spring since I've switched back to stock cams. Seems to be nothing works, even though it should. BOV still hangs open a bit with the stiffest Tial spring I have in it.
Going to Dremel a washer and make it stiffer! LOL Car is only hitting 12lbs of boost now, need to feel it on full power!

I made a new solid motor mount out of two hockey pucks yesterday. It's amazing. No extra vibrations other than a little at idle and my motor doesn't move at all now which makes shifts feel so much more precise.
Before

Burning out old rubber

Pucks hammered in and hole drilled

Done
