255? For E85 you will need 2 pumps, larger fuel lines and MAYBE something a tab larger than 1000's although they should suffice, just duty cycle may be high. E85 is much thicker than regular 93 pump gas. Are you just running E85 based off of someones advice?

62/67 is an ok turbo however will not be zippy on the streets! Spooling a 67 is not that easy, even on a 2 liter motor. LoL

What about cams?

havent heard anyone around here having trouble with e85 on the normal honda fuel system. Have plenty of friends running turbo d's around here making about 300 whp on a 255lph walboro and stock lines.

although i get what your saying it wouldnt hurt and would do nothing but increase the numbers on the setup. The lines will be stock up to the firewall and then pretty AN line will take over.

as far as cams and a little more in detail, the b20z block is ERL sleeved, all brand new type r pumps and belt. acl race bearings, cp pistons, eagle rods, arp mainstuds. arp headstuds
head work, supertech valve springs and retainers, type r valves, b16 00 SI head, skunk 2 pro 1 cams, victory x IM, 70 mm tb, ram horn p fab turbo manifold, 62. 67 precision turbo, tial 44mm mvs wastegate, 3.5 inch downpipe to 3.5" exhaust(thats just the jist of it, their are plenty more parts that that go with the engine).

we live in colorado, so the 650 number will be a SAE corrected number(might be higher since it will be corrected).

300 low boost uncorrected and 500 uncorrected and the true numbers. at the wheels.

Here's my Graph in full.
I must say going back to stock cams and a OEM cast Throttle body make it so much more enjoyable to drive!

Yes however they are making less power and requiring less fuel. Big difference there however they should be using upgraded lines at least.
Just letting you know about potential pitfalls that you could hit.

Ah the altitude will def make a difference.

Pro 1s were a bit too big for my setup. Actually love driving with stock cams!

Good luck with it and get it done!

Why as in they can't handle the power or as in they are not needed because honda rods are already forged?

I ll speak for my brother (90hondaDa) he bought the engine on a special price with the intentions of it for turbo with the cp pistons and eagle forged h beam rods. So basically if we wanted manely rods we wouldn't have got a deal on the engine.

Yea they may be ok for that setup, normally depends on turbo and manifold. My old turbo was a bit too small for them so I just sold them. As I said I enjoy driving the car much more without them. It actually starts nicely now!!

Eh, they should be ok for his power goals. They aren't as bad/weak as some say.

So I go to pick the car up from the tuner last night and didn't even notice the fiancee had bought me a new carbon hood for it. She worked out a sneaky plan with my buddies and bought it and had them store it. One works at the shop the car was tuned at and just took it up and put it on before I got there! SO awesome that she bought me car parts and that the car looks almost mint again because of it.!

Really liking the new look with the black slips too. Will snag some cell phone pics tonight.

I LOVE the way it drives now with the S2k throttle body and fresh motor on it. Also should get a lot better traction now with larger turbo and boost by gear but that will be determined once I cut it loose.

Boost per gear makes all the difference i have seen 400 hp cars walk on 600 hp cars all because of boost per gear.

they did that to me before with my first da but not in 5 years. my friend got pulled over in a gmc typhoon clone and the cop was giving him crap about the decals and all over it. he hates imports and just said to the cop " you let these kids drive around with flimsy body kits and enormous wings but you ar giving me **** about the truck saying typhoon! write me a ticket or im leaving!" needless to say the cop didnt write him anything.
