DA Integra's Only
Everybody automatically considers these rims JDM because they're distributed as spoon and regamasters, i dont think that many people know that they are made in russia, one of the members on here, My_efSedan actually went to check out a set of "slipstreams" ended up buying them for like $260 then realizing they were spoon wheels haha, talk about lucky
i never minded rocking replica wheels, my car was daily driven and parked in alot of public places along with driven on some pretty shitty roads, i'd rather get a set of drags/rotas bend or stolen than a set of works or something
Same here after the DR20's i decided im just gonna have stock honda wheels until i buy some real rims. and keep the Si's for spares, i would say winter but i live in san diego haahha and i traded my DR20s for the Si's, my dr20s have shitty tires these tires were brand new and dude gave me 250 bucks on top! hahaha i dont wanna say stupid kid cause im still a kid but he was def. new to the game ! haaha
I'd rather have steelies for the winter, they are cheaper. No point in wasting money on something you don't want or like. I bought a set of Rotas brand new... Never again, the finish starting chipping off after a month of owning them. Sold them real fast.
thats crazy, idk my drags (which people like to call rota replicas
) were great, the black dr20 15x7+10 that i had never gave me any problems, one of my favorite wheels that i've owned

save till you can afford the real thing, then hit me up and ill import you some real deal wheels,
thats why u have insurance, all of my wheels were inspected by a AAA agent, then added to the policy, but then again i was only allowed 5000 miles a yr :-/

Honestly, I still don't understand this mentality. I would obviously prefer to own real wheels. But paying 2k for 15 x 6 wheels from 1989 is ridiculous. I understand the cost for for a new(er) set of Volks or something. I see BBS RS on vwvortex for over 1k all the time and the description says something like "only a few stress cracks." SERIOUSLY? ONLY A FEW? I don't think that most guys intend to trick into thinking they're rolling Gabs when they're on a GT3.
Secondly, there is NO WAY that some high school kid or someone who likes to play with cars and makes 35k a year can drop 2k on a set of wheels. If they do, that just irresponsible IMHO.
Lastly, if someone is trying to "fake the funk" or somehow thinks that Rotas are OG wheels (kind of are actually, check their wheels from a couple decades ago) or Drags or Axis or whatever else, I'd have to say I don't like that either.
Anyways, just a friendly debate, don't mean to offend or start a pissing match.

Ill stick with my rotas or drags any day. Never bent a rota but bent a work wheel and never hit anything.....got some gunmetal with polished lip slips going on the teg!
I'll stick with my work, bbs and panasport wheels lol, their paint stays on them lmao. Hopefully if everything goes as planned I should be picking up a set of mugen mf10L's at the beginig of the year. The teg has some exterior pieces waiting to be put on also... Plus both of my motors are going to be sold. Gonna look a little different soon
i was talking **** lol i hate rotas or knockoffs of anything, dont fake the funk

Its also cool that you waist money on insuring your rims and you probably have full coverage on a car worth 1000 dollars to the insurance company.
AWESOME!
