Well, guess what guys,

I'm leaving.

Once I'm done building my 90 integra rs.

I am selling it. For a mazda RX-7.

I'll get pics and details of my car when I'm done and I'l post it up.

Here are a few things it has,

K&N SRI W/Filter
Mgana Flow exhuast
6 puck stage 3 clutch (like new)
HP Racing 4-2-1 (like new, not installed yet)
Aasco 8lb flywheel (Like new, not installed yet)
ES Motor mount inserts (brand new, not installed yet)
Coilovers Brand new (instaling them today)
Tokcio HP Blues (Brand new, installing them today)
yoko rubber (brand new, not even installed yet)

And some other things,

I'm buying Mazdas Fastest production N/A RX-7 and importing a turbo motor and turbo setup.

Later,

Yes, My dads friend is the president of a MRCMT.com
He currently owns 10 rx-7's I would be buying one of his white ones.

best part is, he lives across the street

It has no motor, Its the fasted n/a car becuase how light (in lbs) it is.

He has been trying to turn me into a rotary guy for the past year.

and up untill now I always defended hondas and my 90 integra rs.

But, after today, It was an easy decision.

Buy his car, and import the motor/turbo setup.

the price of this would be about the cost I have spent replacing parts on my DA,

And now my DA needs a new motor.

so for the total cost of almost $2K, (including th cost of car) I'll be at 250WHP in the lightest poduction rx-7.

I'm happy.

:sighs: it smokes when i rev it, compression,
it also has a miss, but thats has nothing to do with fried rings

and when I turn the car off, the whitish smoke still comes out the exhuast for a little bit.

if you are that discouraged about and something like rings and a Honda, ... i think its funny as hell that you all the sudden want to jump ship for an even more problematic car in a RX-7..... your going to go from hating piston rings to hating apex seals.... ha... good luck either way

thats what i was saying in the dasquad thread.... rx7's are much more problem stricken than hondas... even still hondas are a lil easier to work on than rotary. I hope the rx7 doooood across the street doesnt mind workign on your ****.

finally ran my car and didn't break anything thankfully.. 13.86@110 with a 2.5 60ft. on street tires. not bad for the first time running and i'm not that great of a track driver. but time to find ways to cut the 60foot time down.

on street tires you should be seeing 12's with that trap speed.

you do understand that swapping a turbo motor into a N/A rx7 is not a ******* walk in the park right, you have to rewire almost the entire car....you need to read a WHOLE LOT MORE before you even decide to do that
