why is there such a big deal about painted moldings.

GS and LS-Special Edition came w/ Painted Moldings.

LS and RS didn't. GSR obviously did. If some gs's didn't then that's an odd case. This is just a general rule of thumb. You guys should check out G2IC.com for more model specs.

I'm going with everyone else who says only the GS-R came with painted moldings, cause that's what I thought already. I've never seen a GS with painted moldings.

I removed mine since one of my covers was completely black. I put in some Nokya yellow H3's and they're so god damn bright!

I've never seen cleaner 3-pieces. Sexy too, very clean paint, lights, wheels...nice.

Just like Gray's, mine were burnt to **** and looked funky and did not help with lighting at all, so why not take them off?

That makes sense. If I were in that situation I would do what GrayT did and put in yellow H3s. Also, there are alot of the yellow plastic assemblies from the Acura Legend floating around ebay...that should be very similar to the part that was burnt to ****.

I would have bought the H3's in if I had money, but I did not and now that car is gone..I should buy bulbs with my leftover money now.

Thanks for reminding me :-D

They are as bright if not brighter than my current 3-pieces. Pathetic But impressive on the h3 end.

Well, I have some money, so I'll just go all out on lighting and get 1 pieces, h3's and RayBrigs..same set-up as you Bimbo! Lol.

Maybe.

Mine's a GS and it came with matching moldings along with leather seats. My friends old car was a LS-S, came with matched moldings as well.
