DA Integra's Only
I love Da's but imo there isn't a Da i would pay more then $3000 for unless it was a BONE STOCK MINT db2 with under 100,000 miles. IN MY OWN OPINION had to say it again so people won't get upset lol. Gl to people selling their cars and i hope they get want they want.
Well, it's the truth. It's easy to distinguish between a well built car and one that is not so.
A well built car is one that has a purpose in mind and pays attention to all critical aspects of the car each as its own system. Notice that the car in the link has improved the entire braking system (larger rotors, lines, calipers, pads, fluid, etc.), transmission/shifter system (built transmission, QUALITY LSD, ITR linkage, etc), exhaust system, light wheels with good tires, suspension & chassis bracing, and more. Each system is complete (aside from having huge amounts of power that some folks are looking for).
While "well built" may seem subjective, it's pretty cut & dried.

Also like how you make quality stand out! My OBX (

) lsd is quality and I wouldn't trade it for anything! They have easily proven themselves in the drag race world, being in numerous 600 - 900 hp cars and holding up too. Heck most importantly in my own personal use, nothings better than that!!!!!!As with everything in here, to each their own. I mean look at my car, it's just a bunch of junk parts thrown together, I better butt out!
I can see this turning into another turning vs straight line way hahah!
How about Merry Christmas, oh wait sorry, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Agreed!
- must be frost white
- must be 92-93
- must be LS w/ no sunroof
If i were to get another db2 i would only do suspension and wheels, i don't see myself ever buying another integra unless the price is right. I don't even know what i am going to do with my Da... i could always use the extra cash but for the amount of time i have into it i don't think i could even sell it because it's not worth **** and i know that there's no way i would get even half of what i put into the car. At one point i was going to sell it for like $800 lol
I want a red one! Heck even aztec, although they are both 2 of the worst colors, with all of them oxidizing so badly!

By "Pretty cut & dried" I didn't really mean to day it's not subjective. It means that it's fairly easy to for most people to determine a well built car versus one that isn't so well built. Put a Victoria's Secret model next to a Lane Bryant shopper and it's an easy call on whom to buy a drink.
Wouldn't trade it for anything? So if someone offered to trade you a brand new Quaife, Kaaz, or Cusco LSD, you would say no? If you were a baller and money wasn't a factor, you would choose the cheap LSD over a unit used by race teams across the globe?
No need to summon an army of strawmen. Nobody said your car was junk. I think it's neat.
WOW. Bill O'Reilly, is that you?!?!?
Anyway, nothing can phase me right now. I'm the happiest **** on the planet at the moment. One of my bosses just got me the best X-mas gift EVER: I get to choose to drive on the road course at either Las Vegas Speedway or Auto Club Speedway for 5 laps. The car I get to drive:
Nissan GT-R

Haha, I just blew your mind!
I'm happy with the OBX actually, hasn't done me wrong(so far) so no need to get rid of it. Was helping me cut 1.9's( I know I know sucks!) on the slow motor.
Just had to be PC, I am not the type of person to offend anyone, wait HA!!!!!!!!!!!
Dude, that is freaking awesome! I am jealous! I figured everyone else would have on the GT-R like the rest of the HT population. I love them!
I'd use the OEM style clamps. This is my preferred style of clamp - again, I like OEM stuff. I've seen these clamps available in various colors, so you could even find some black ones so they don't stand out. Or if you want to get fancy you can polish them or better yet chrome them.
i'd be one such hater of the gt-r. they really dont do anything for me. but thats not to say i wouldn't love going out n beating on one around a track for a while lol. i'd thoroughly enjoy that. now give me an r32,33, or 34 and i'd be in love!
either way, awesome freakin gift without a doubt! is she singe? if so, MARRY HER!

I guess that's just a compromise I wouldn't have chosen. There's no need to use braided hose for that heater hose, so I probably just would have used the stock rubber pieces. Using braided hose w/o the proper fittings is another pet peeve of mine. So if it was decided that braided hose was going to be used I would have figured out a way to use AN fittings. That's obviously a much larger project though that would require some foresight and probably some welding/brazing or tapping.
