The fitment of cheap ebay lips are terrible but since you're gonna have to make it fit it shouldn't matter.

Yup, goes from the bottom of the hood latch to about 2 - 3 inches below the bumper.

It does. Thanks. Do you know the length of yours (i'd image you do)?

I'm considering something close to that but I doubt I'll go that tall. Looks good though!

Car went back on dyno today for some small tweaks. Just to see we did a dyno pull afterwards since it was alot cooler today then my original tune. Made 364 and 252. Before was 343 and 240. My a/f is perfect is all really good now!

My car looks good, in my own opinion, because I've taken the time to restore things that need it, like undercoating, worn interior/exterior parts, etc. Most of it I purchased from junkyards or from forums. Actually, ALL of it. There is no way I would ever spend more than 25 dollars on a lip of any kind unless my car was tip top everywhere else. If your corners are broken, replace them but OEM functions best, lasts longest, doesn't make your car appear cheap to anyone in the know, and looks best (in my opinion).
well in my case i didnt have a lip when i bought the car. correction, i had one on it but it was a huge spoon style one from an eg so it didnt even last until i got to the interstate before we ripped it off. you have to admit the 92-93 bumper looks pretty terrible without a lip and even the ebay type r lip is a HUGE improvement. when people first buy their DA they dont have years of searching for their parts, they gotta start somewhere... ebay helps it look acceptable until we can resource real parts, and not everyone is lucky enough to have these cars just sittin around in their local junkyards. i know im not.

Nice man, good stuff!
I was trying to get on the dyno today to win a little plaque, the highest hp FI 4 cyl car ended up averaging 412, I think I coulda beat that. It was a Jetta too!

The highest hp Na 4 Cyl was a tercel that made 86 hp lol, wtf!

i'm rockin my 92-93 front bumper with no lip. i would never buy an ugly *** "type-r" lip for it. it looks good enough to me with no lip. only thing i would use is an oem or if i had the money, a jdp

I dunno we are still trying to figure out the issue. We think its the IAC but sometimes after wot pulls it wants to cut out when you go into neutral but if you tap the gas it wont..... I kinda think I got a leaky injector. because of occasional start up issue it seems like it floods it. Either way he's not charging me to find the issue and said if it comes down to it we will do a retune free of charge ect.

dude 200 bucks is expensive, especially when you're trying to get the car right. i don't doubt their quality or form. i also realize that, relatively, the price isn't bad. but in the grand scheme of things 200 bucks is a lot.

yeah not really saying they're expensive, but when its something that you dont NEED, and have other things that are a priority, then they kinda are. but, once i get things squared away, i'll definitely be picking one up for sure
