DA Integra's Only
Colin, is that how your battery is currently?
I would have thought most rule books would make you have a box as well as a vent tube(I can't tell if that's a dry cell of not).

Matt, that setup is old, I built it probably 6-7yrs ago and the car was stripped about 2yrs ago. I now have a PC680 in the engine bay, although plans are to mount it under the passenger seat for better weight distribution. If you refer to my corner weight numbers the car is very front heavy, so from here on out I'm going to do my best to move weight back. I would move the battery all the way to the back but I really like having the whole rear of the car empty so that it's more convenient to pack the car for the track. I've been bringing 2 spare wheels, a tool box, 10x10 ez-up, cooler, jack, jackstands, spare parts..etc..etc so the rear is pretty packed.
As for legality, many sanctioning bodies allow sealed batteries to be in the cabin w/o a battery box. I don't foresee it being a problem, but if there ends up being a series I want to get involved in that requires a box then I can make the necessary changes at that point.

It would not be wise to get rid of a good set of coilovers in favor of some Taiwanese junk coilovers (ksport) just so you can use some LCAs that are also Taiwanese junk.
Agreed. Tein > KSport. Plus, the LCA's are primarily for looks anyway. On fully built cars there are benefits, but on street cars they're 99% bling.
Definitely agreed. I wouldn't waste my time pulling out a perfectly good set of suspension for junk. OEM arms with new bushings is good enough, at least for me.
yeah i will never give up my tein super streets for something else unless i was stepping it up to something even better, which i highly doubt i ever will
well i might be forced to get my da on the road a lil sooner than i had planned now. the transmission took a **** on me tonight in the exploder so now i have nothing to drive. awesome!

i feel your pain, right now i am inbetween cars and left with no way to get to work, luckily i work with my friends so i have a ride until i can find a new whip
I'm surprised you guys like Teins so much, the ones I had on my GS-R I hated. However they were spec'd for a DC Type R so maybe that why.
The PIC coil overs I replaced them with were worlds better imo.

The Teins really aren't bad. But I think the comments are more of the Ksport-hating variety more than the Tein-loving variety.
rocking the d2's on the DA, and my db8.. hella better and nice ride for coils.. IMO and my friend has super streets and megan tracks on his 240's and he was quite impressed with the d2's i have, and i havent even messed with the spring rate or strut settings yet...
yeah you could def say that considering i drive while i'm working. gonna be a loooong *** day today trying to get something going. i have to either get my civic running or start putting a motor into my da
my teins are for a 92-95 civic and i love them
The issue is the OEM upper mounts. No one really makes an decent spherical upper mount, I shouldn't say no one cause RRE makes on that's pretty good. I'll be making custom ones for my car then pairing them with Koni Yellows and Hypercoil springs/perches.
yes injectors are known good. no resistor boxes in 92-95 civics. wiring... i've changed every harness from the dash forward. changed fuel pump. changed ecu. changed grounds. changed dizzy. changed fuse boxes. changed main relay. changed freaking everything and still nothing
