has anyone in here ever did a retro-fit on their JDM 1-pieces? if so...how's the light out-put? im planning on doing' my retro-fit soon using tsx projectors and i don't wanna sand down the fluted len nor i am interested in getting the ebay one-pieces, also have no interest in swaping over the clear lens to my JDM headlights, because i wanna keep the stock look. i know that i will most likely lose the sweet cut-off but as long as i have minimal to zero glare and as long as i have good light output that's all that matters(i hate my Pnp HIDs). i just wanted to get a couple inputs on how the output would look like. my plan is to keep the headlights looking as stock as possible and once again...i have no intension on sanding down the lens. thank you in advance!!!

The light output sucks with projectors and a plastic lense. Retrofit the stock lights if you want good light out put

man you can't win!

Here's a question for you guys. Are there any good places I could mount gauges besides in the DIN slots or on my pillar? I've seen fish eye bezel for DC's and pods that fit in pocket on top of the dash. Nothing like that for the 90-93's..

I'm looking for the same thing, I want to add a couple gauges and I'm trying to figure something out. They're mechanical so the A-pillar I don't think will work. There is a universal 3 gauge pod that goes on top of the dash.

Basically this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/52mm-...Q5fAccessories

That will go on top of the dash where the indent is for the optional cup holder and coin tray.

Otherwise you could go custom.

I bought a dual din radio block off plate thinking I wanted to put them where the radio is but I kind of want to keep my stock radio to keep it vintage. I want to do something behind the steering wheel custom molded into the top of the steering colum? Not sure yet I might go with the radio block off if I can't figure out the steering column thing.

Finally, I found the tips I'm going to use in conjunction with my Y-pipe. Wow, I've been searching for like 5 hours lol.

Borla Intercooled 2.5" to dual 2.5"

Gotta get to the exhaust shop!

So you changed the plugs and it ran fine for a bit, now it doesn't? I better not ask anymore questions or I'm gonna get flamed
Need more info to diagnose that, just throw the battery in from yours or your girls car and see if it still runs bad.
I can come help if you need it

I could never find any good spots and just decided to mount mine to the right of the gauge cluster, like right where it slopes down to meet the dash. Need to take a pic.

Yeah you did, I want those. Somebody is selling an HKS exhaust on G2. If it's the oval I think I'm gonna jump on it lol.

Thanks for the help guys. Right now I have a 2 5/8" Autometer oil pressure gauge and I was trying to decide how I wanted to mount it or if I should just get the 2 1/16" gauges. Found this btw for the smaller gauges:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2inch...Q5fAccessories
I could easily fab something like that.
