Whats the easiest way to test an alternator on the car? I'm starting to wonder if my alternator is going out even though i just bought it last year around april and it is a remanufactured Denso OEM unit. Battery is also brand new (Gold Autozone Battery). After like 2 days of not driving the car it's almost dead. Is that from the battery not being charged or something drawing too much power?

Couple of pics of my old DA6
All 3 pics were taken on the way to a Trackday (2000km round trip) just after the build was finished
B18c, adjusties etc etc, fully track preped. Only thing that was missing was a Roll cage

fitted my rsm today so went out and videod it..was done on acelphone so not the best but u get the idea..was also at 1pm in traffic so didnt get top speed but u get the point ha

I am getting somewhere on my build, finally!
Gotta do some work this week since itll be nice out, have to fix my leaky floor, blower motor and finish wiring up my fogs .

haha matt thought you would had that done by now..I pulled my motor and rebuilt it almost done again haha..I thought I spun a bearing but it ended up being the damn indains gas station giving me bad gas...got a little hot not to bad though...O well ran the da all summer racing every friday..
Only thing I kinda was mad about never really got to turn the boost way up, but the thing was fast as hell for the low boost...I got motivation from my friend craig making 655whp with almost the same setup as me...JK tuned

JJ, I lost the love and stopped putting time and money into it.
Just started buying parts again, cant wait! Trying to buy everything out of pocket though and not put it on the CC.
So the time in your sig is from the new setup?!
We all need to get together since we are somewhat close, or maybe wait til like May when its nicer and we all have our cars done...............

I used to have those in silver, awesome wheels!
Super fresh. Aren't all these really a throwback, considering the cars are 16-19 yrs old lol
I just put some RE-11's on my wheels and I love them like crazy. They stick hard, unless they're cold!!! I almost learned the hard way when I about took out a curb

arg my back hurts, spent the last 2 hours loving the DA : )
Replaced the rubber seals under the wiper cowl to hopefully stop my leak!
That was more annoying then anything, I hate those little black anchor screws and I highly suggest anyone doing this soon buy 8 of the little black screws and the clip-washers for them. Mine were beat to **** and all stripped after I took them off.
I also finally finished wiring up my fogs, had t o replace a bulb which was terrible in those head lights, my hands are too big! Just have to redo the wiring soon because its kinda ghetto. But my fogs work for the first time since Ive had those headlights yay!
Tomorrow I think im going to pull the tails and clear them.
Then I need to find a blower motor resistor.

That time is still from my b16 lol..on 10psi i was going 11.9-12.0@ 120mph in my 2.0L..not bad for 10psi...I was going back to get a retune and more boost the week after I broke so I was hoping to go 10s this year but owell..I kinda lost motovation for a month but now im back on it just got all my parts to put motor back together..
Yeah will have to plan a meet for somtime..on nov 1 bunch of guys are going to beaver drag for the end of the year run..should be a bunch of fast hondas...IMW guys are going and my friend craig who just made 655whp in his eg hatch is going..
