I went up to a 2.5" and test pipe. its a bit better, but nowhere near what this thing makes open header.. i'm just not ready for a full race setup yet.. I still like driving to the track, running good times and driving home without doing any pitwork other than maybe tire pressure.

you gotta come back to the track with us. I wont be able to head out again until maybe july, but hopefully good things will come by then

So i pull my car out of the garage to clean it up a little. Let the car sit and then come back to it to move it closer to the hose and now it won't start I hate to say this but if i can't figure this **** out in the next day or two i might be parting this car out. I love this car but i hate feeling like i wanna kick every panel on this car and destroy it So i might have to part with it not to ruin it.

well what is it doing? not cranking, cranking but wont turn over, come on man these problems are easy to fix

 

Main relay?
I understand how you feel now. I'm going through it now but you know what keep at it and fix it. You will feel so much better once you do. I love my DA! I have spent WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to much money on it but its mine and I love it to death. Driving it makes me happy

i have so many small problems with my car, its really annoying me but i still love to drive it i just ordered almost $400 worth of parts fix the stupid car lol, its a money piiiiiiiiiit

 

It could be something dumb but i have not driven it for over two weeks because of brake issues which i still haven't figured out. A sqeaking noise that i can't find, replace my speedomoter cable and guage cluster and my mph guage barely works. I spent $350 on brake stuff and i still might have to buy more. I was supposed to drop my car off for paint this week but can't do it and now my car won't start. And my reverse lights don't work cand can't figure out why either. And what made me even get to this point was when i came accross a thread about how much money you put into your da not including upkeeps for the car and i was over $3000 not including the price of my car and i didn't do the bodywork, get it painted, finish the suspension or any motor work at alll

It happened to me last year on the way to a show. It wouldn't start for like a half hour and then it was cool ever since today. lol

I gonna bet you its the main relay or a fuel problem or something else weird.
My boy actually has the same problem with his Built 2.0 DA and he just gave up on it. Good luck

I would cry if I actually sat down and figured out how much $$ I put into my DA. It's been through 4 motors, 10+ sets of wheels, paint and body, etc. Probably could had a 700 hp Evo by now but nothing else will ever be like my almost classic car DA . I'm getting historic plates as soon as I can, hehehehe.

First thing to check is your main relay.

Next things to check are your coil and ignitor.

 

Does the fuel relay control the fuel pump?
