yeah it def saves a LOT of money. thats why i learned in the first place. that and couldnt find anyone to do quality work. i cant really count on my friends to help me anymore either. i've gotten so used to doing swaps and rebuilds and literally anything that needs to be done on my own, with no help. its easier to do it myself half the time than to wait on someone to come help.

honestly, if you wanna spend some money on a good book, get a factory service manual for you car. if thats not enough, get all data for your car. those two together should cover everything you need. if not, then like del sol freak said, just get your hands dirty and start figuring it out. i learned most of what i know just from doing things and figuring it out as i went. heck i still learn stuff that way now lol

It wasn't worth the time or money. I have two windows and hatch side vent windows that open
in that case i can understand. i just didnt understand why he would wanna go through the hassle of taking out a perfectly good a/c system just for winter, and then putting it all back in again in spring

sorry for the ramble.. i guess my point would be more girls need to work on their whips instead of expecting their man to get all greasy and fix it.. haha

---> little honda/acura mechanic girl has to be every honda heads dream LOL
lol thats great. but hey, at least she wants to learn. props for that

and yeah, i think you're right. that is def a dream!!

When I get money Im going to get a factory manual. I was tearing apart my friends interior with him last night, Ive never dealt with an interior, just under the hood, I was sitting there thinking, good god.....He is replacing the dash harness and engine harness.

Is the smoking from the valve cover possibly leaking? Just a thought. I had a bolt that was to tight and broke.

The road around Lisa house is pretty good. It's like the evergreen area of Oceanside.

Left at 7 got here at 230. That's including 2 stop for gas and food, also got stuck in traffic twice on the 5.
