I found out that the push button start button wouldn't fit between the bottom of the dash and the center console, so time to move it, the housing will be flat black to match the gauges but the aluminum ring will stay polished. I still have to drill the holes the rest of the way.
still mocking up stuff on the old dash. the new one goes in soon, the button was supposed to fit where the lighter fit.

Hiiiii! Well we had very little progress this weekend on the DX. Got the engine and dash harnesses out, but couldn't find a complete engine harness, when we went to the junkyard, they were all cut. So Im not sure what his plans from here are. I just know Im dirty and need a shower.
Back from Socal.. my sexy beast made it there and back with no issues. love it.
Drive was worth it but no looking to take another one down there for a while!
As long as i have own this car its only been parked outside 2 times. Other than that its been garage and going down to visit my sister it was still in the garage!

i know a few of the people in this thread are from the area or bay area atleast, if anyone has a 96-98 honda civic front bumper and hood in decent condition (Paint and scratches dont matter just no dents dings or cracks) ill pick them both up asap, let me know!
No, Im not running one. It wouldn't be a bad idea for you to have one though hence you live up north. Salt could be a be thing to get into the pressure plate. Local honda dealer could order one.
about to go play with my buddies 94 civic he picked up this weekend for 4300 bucks. 2door, B16A Jackson Racing supercharged car with Hondata s300 tuned by King motorsports.
We gonna drop it off when I get off work.
me too. one point i was changing clutches and it was attached. sat there for a good minute to find that **** holding the tranny still. took it off, never went back on.
lol yeah i'm so used to not having it that when i take a tranny off an engine that has it, i'm wtf? why wont it come apart?!! i know i have all the tranny bolts off!!!! lol
