i am have a obd 1 ecu with the conv. harness, 97 civic ex harness n the obd 2 dizzy,it was just to check if the engine ran(i will be getting a obd1 dizzy on thursday,3 obd2 injectors 1 obd1 inj.(all ohm out the same), i get it to run after messing with the timing a bit but the thing is that its throwing out a bunch of smoke...too much smoke and the guy that sold me the engine said they compression tested, i called him n he said that i probally connected a hose wrong, but the smoke looks blueish from what i heard it should be oil,but can it by any chance be too rich ir lean

my car is running stupid ****in rich and it has a blueish white smoke its just fuel on my end but it sounds like your car is all jacked up

well ****, i think just the rear of my new one is lower than the old one. My old sedan had a lean to it, this new one is just low haha.

 

you CA guys get such kleen old cars lol, never find something like that in good condition up here, unless it came from out there lol

The only damage is on the wheel arch on the driverside rear, and the front bumper is kind of off alignment. It was in an accident on the front passenger side. Im pretty sure i could fix this...

 

yup thats a pretty easy fix, die grinder and a spraybomb of matched paint, good2go

 

I hope so, it dont rattle or anything so thats good. I registered over at vwvortex.com for some help with the jetta, those guys are crazy. All of em telling me to slam it and get some wheels and leave it haha.

 

ya i gotta admit theres a cple slammed vw's in town and they look pretty good
