well i got my 8500k headlights in, still waiting on my smoked amber corners to come in and im getting my turbo kit tomorrow! hehe im sooo stoked lol
help!!!! one mre time please!!!o.k so i am basically done with the swap...its a obd2 97 civic ex with a jdm 92-95 obd1 d15b, i used the y8 manifold,fuel rail,3 y8 injectors n 1 d15b injector,i used the 4 wire o2 sensor thats on the y8 exhaust manifold, and the y8 dizzy since i am waiting for the obd1 dizzy to come in on thursday, now the car turns on for a bit then surges and burns a whole bunch of gas i believe(blueish smoke) n then the rpms drop real low then turns off.... do u guys have any ideas to what it could b,is it the dizzy,the injectors or my timing is off or maybe even that o2 sensor i am using......please help i really need my car back badly thanks alot for the help

hey squad i have a question
i have a d16z6 sitting in my garage that im rebuilding and right now ive got a set of eagle h beam rods and i wanted to get some opinions on what the best
pistons would be since i want to boost in the future but i dont want to drive on
wicked low compression until i boost it

well the motor and ecu is obd1 and the harness is obd2 i did it n the check engine light just stayed on....does it need to b running...... lets say my timing is way off would that make smoke come out the exhaust from the gas not being ignited correctly or could it be that the engine i bought is not good...maybe a blown head gasket or something ......thanks oh n more thing the smoke looks white maybe even blueish....another thing i was fixing the shift linkage because i put it on the wrong way hehe, n it seemed like there was really black oil dripping really really slow out of the header(just did an oil change on it), well the part where the header and cat join please help...do u guys think its probally like that cus i just installed and when i was bringing it home it fliped on its side but not hard n it might go away after driving it,or should i just return it since it might have some type of leak even tho they said they tested it tahnk u once again n please help me its my first swap n really need the car

evn tho the injector clicks, it does not mean its not clogged, just recently my friends car quit running because the injectors were THAT clogged took them out and cleaned them up he was good to go
