I was watching Pass Time on SPEED channel last night, there was some 30's hot rod all NA, with a 502 or some **** that pushed our around 2200hp.

lol ya when i was pondering my first swap i almost did the 502 big block, but i suddenly came to realize it had no vtec, so i did the 1.6! fastest lil buger out there! haha
have you seen the jet powerd cars there kinda slow in my opinion but they are loud as **** man! like when they are staging they blip the throttle and its like BNG, BANG BANG, and the whole grandstand will just shake and if your in the pits you feel it in the ground, its awsome

stock internals? wow, thats very conservative. D series can easily handle ~250hp on stock internals.

That show is dumb. All american cars, and when they do have an import, either its an idiot in an evo that breaks an axle, or they get a guy with a eg hatch and spell v-tec like VTECH.

Still, they never show the imports. I'm tired of Speed, nothing import related. It's all muscle cars, monster trucks, and NASCAR. I'm ok with the last one.

 

g4 used to have some good import car shows, SportscarRevolution was an old fav, but lately I have seen nothing of the kind, on any channel for that matter lol

 

The next thing I see for the import world is in Nov. and that's the Formula Drift on Versus.
