Damnnnn Hanabi's.. I love Falken Hanabi's.. Clean..

I have a quick Q.. After I put my rims on, my car pulls hard, randomly, to the left.. Straightens out sometimes - but mostly drags to the left intermittently.. I was just wondering if this is alignment or what.. I noticed my rear right wheel is cambered and isn't sitting totally straight up and down like the other 3.. Possible cause?

After everything I've picked up for the car recently I'm too broke to get an alignment for a week .. Damn bills and Honda's..

its on the passenger side by the end of the carpet.you plug in a wire or a paper clip and you turn the key on the cel will flash depending on how any flashes it gives it determines what is wrong with your car their is a list.click on that link it shows a picture but thats in a del sol or civic i think.

...lemme give you some advice...don't even bother...even if you get it to work right the freakin stuff is so risky...i've tried messing around with OBD0...problem is, it is so off-cue that if there is more than one thing wrong you cannot get to it all at once, and sometimes it reads wrong...best idea is to figure out what is wrong by diagnostics (ears, eyes)...

If you are having fluctuations in your idle, take our advice...check your coolant level...clean your throttle body...check all vacuum lines...if that does not work then bring it to someone that knows what they are doing with OBD0 testing...

I am just speaking from experience...make sure that you do it right, and in the presence of someone that knows what they are doing...there are no fail-safes in OBD0 and it is just too risky

I bought a da and I removed the a/c and relocated the battery to the trunk. I go to start the car and nothing...It just clicks like the battery is dead. So i put the charger on the battery...nothing. I left the carger on for an hour....still nothing. So I figured maybe the ground was bad. I put everything back under the hood. It didnt even click then. My oil light and check engine like now stay on even when the key is out of the ignition. When i press the breaks the lights get brighter and other lights light up lol. My assumption is that i shorted the chas harness. I just wanted to get some other opinions of what might be wrong before i start out on the endevor of removing the chas harness So if anyone has any ideas of how to help me out I would greatly appreciate it!!!!

i seen this @school a guy with an ef brought a car that didnt turn on and his starter just clicked.the teacher came up with a portable battery charger and put it on the metal stem of the dizzy and turned the key and it trned on.the teacher said the wire is too long for the current to reach the front of the motor.so maybe your wires are too long.maybe that might help

thanks

check your brakes out and your LCAs and Upper Control arms tie rods and etc susp stuff to see if anything is tweaked out of place but possible alignment problem.

Awwwwwww..... I'm so sick of searching and not coming up with anything..

I've been told that EK/DC suspension is swappable with forks/LCA's - but the top mounts are fine and the same..

I've been told EG/DC suspension works with EF/DA's with fork/LCA swaps for the lower mounting points..

So that would mean that EK and DA should work if you used EK forks, LCA's, and shocks/struts..

I ask because I found some Bilstein Sports out of an EK (same Civic I took my sideskirts off of..) And they're in great condition, used for a few months and then the car smoked a guard rail.. I can get front, back, LCA's and forks for $200 - seeing as Bilsteins alone are 700-800 a set.. I figure it's a pretty good deal.. They have H&R progressive .75" drop springs.. OE ride quality (which I'd replace with Sprint 2" drops) but I don't want to spend the time, energy, and money ripping the crap apart just to have it not fit at all..

Anyone have any idea's ? I'd like to get the suspension in before I do an alignment so I don't have to align the car twice..

Any help is greeeeeeatly appreciated !

*also adding..*

In terms of replacing LCA's, aftermarket EK's (like Blox or KSport) would work fine, too, if stock EK LCA's bolt in.. right? I'm just making sure. It makes sense they would - but things are weird sometimes.)

Man I tried ! Damn things wouldn't come off and I didn't feel like reefing on them, potentially breaking them..

The one black bolt, 14mm, right? Should slide off after that?
