BPI, google them.
They make a stack and a filter that fits on to most intakes.

BPI stacks are made for either 3" for 3.5" inlet intakes.
The kit comes with the stack, coupling and a K&N filter.

awesome looks like a good product. wonder if it'd improve anything adding it onto the whale ***** intake? or would it be better than the whale *****? i'm trying to figure out what would be the best intake for my gsr since im keeping it all motor and going ls-t with my integra...

00civicgirl--where have you been hiding? havent seen you on here in AGES! and merry Christmas to you as well!

Apparently the whale ***** gives less then stellar gains. I've been told that a SRI is better.

I'm gonna search today for info to back that up.

Another issue with the whale ***** is that it won't fit with ABS or with the battery in the factory location. At least not in my car.

I plan to delete my ABS and relocate the battery in the spring.

really? i've never heard anything but good about them. and my gsr is in a 94 civic coupe, not a DA...would abs still be an issue do you think? i feel like a n00b askin all these questions about intakes but i never really messed with intakes b4, as long as i had a tube and filter i was happy but im plannin to stay all motor with the gsr so i wanna get the most out of the few parts i do put on it, you know what i mean? i'm just a lot more familiar with boost than i am with all motor

Dunno if you'll have issues. PWJDM (or anyone else for that matter) doesn't make a DA version of the Whale *****. You kinda gotta try a few different ones to make it fit.

Check there web site, cause I know they make one for the EG. No clue if ABS is an issue though.

To the rest of the squad, help me pic my wheels please, I'm oh so torn on this.

Choice number 1: Complete Custom Wheel Classics, 16x8 with as much lip as I can fit, fully polished

Choice number 2: BBS RM 2 pieces with 2" Kodak lips and either polished or gold studs, 15x8, as much offset as possible, fully polished.

I can't decide.

1. tell us about your da. how long have u had it? what was it like when u got it compared to now?
I've had my DB2 for almost 11 years now, It was my first car. when I first got it, it wasn't milano red, it was almost pink, the exhaust was hanging on by a coathanger!
2. what do you like about your DA? why you chose it as a car.
My ex-girlfriend at the time actually found it for me, I was looking for a car and she saw it in a parking lot at an air force base for sale, I went to look at it and damn if it wasn't a gs-r!
3. what are your future plans for your da?
future plans are to build the jdm gs-r motor thats in it and turn up the boost! its tuned at 8psi now so I want to run at least 15 pounds. new wheels and another paint job, a good paint job.
4. why do u want to be in the DA Squad? I want to be in the DA squad because I like seeing other 2nd gens, I don't see many around my way and the ones I see aren't all that hot.

Low and good handling is a trade off, remember that. I totally dumped car won't handle good.
I was always told that for best handling, the LCAs should be parallel with the ground.

PWJDM makes a skid plate that fits the JDM ITR 4-1 IIRC. All it is is some plate and hose clamps.
I plan to make a custom skid for my car one day. But I've got all the tools to do metal fab and it's a hobby of mine (not to mention my background is CNC machine programming and tool and die).

hahaha! yea I got the hood for free and it had holes in it so I had to go with the pins, I will be getting rid of the hood soon, when I get my new paint job. but right now I have to decide what I want to do first, build the motor for more boost, or get it painted. I think I want more power over looks....

i think your power plant is pretty crazy already, just clean up the car a bit, lowering a little more and 1pieces would set it off. there was a red db2 w/ a new paint job slammed w/ some sick rims, i can imagine your car like that, but super fuccing quick. hahah
