Zeitronix wideband, MAP reading incorrect....
Hi, I just did a OBDIIa -> OBD1 conversion. I personally did the wiring harness. And I'm running uberdata. I'm not getting any CEL lights and the car runs fine. Except I installed the Zeitronix wideband and I've got the LCD display and something weird keeps happening.
Every once in a while the MAP reading will change to 25.5 and just stay there. I'm not sure why it does that or what may cause it to do that. I can't figure out a pattern or reason why it would. It'll stay at 25.5 for maybe 10 minutes and then it'll change back to it's normal readings. Any idea what might be causing this? Bad stock MAP sensor? Bad conversion? Uberdata? Bad zeitronix install?
Thanks for any help.

you have to buy the 3.5bar map sensor zeitronix sells to get the proper vaccuum/boost readings.......
the LCD display or the software is no calabrated to read your stock 1.75bar sensor so the values will be all messed up.

Re: Zeitronix wideband, MAP reading incorrect.... (non-VTEC)
But shouldn't I be good with the stock sensor until like 14.7 psi or something like that. I'm not even boosting over 3 psi.

no.....the voltage output between the 2 sensors are diffrent. the stock map sensor is not compatable with the zeitronix kit.
