Default y7 boost

8 psi stock y7 with 12.1 fmu.just for daily driving no racing might redline 1,2 gear once in a while

With a setup like that you don't want to go past 6psi on every other tuesday, or it will blow up.

My first boosted Civic was a boosted Y7, Greddy kit, used the blue box, set at 6 PSI, the guy I sold it to still runs it (about 15k on the kit now) at 9psi everyday

You should be fine I'm running 10psi on my Y7 with uberdata and it's fine nothing bad to report at all. It's been boosted for 6-7000km's and still running hard.I wouldn't recommend the FMU why not get something a little more specific so you don't need to worry ever about blowing your motor .Tuning is the key to any setup, I did Uberdata since I didn't have the extra cash for Hondata and it's been great so far no complaints.

Depends what size turbo you use..Boost is dependent on the turbo size..
