Are you sure its the interface box?
Every one that I sold has never taken a **** and
Mine worked since I bought it from them years ago. Looked like a telephone box then.

We had Turbodcx's go bad.....for no reason....work one day not the next....You need to give it to your dealer and they will send it back and get it fixed....took 5 days including the overnight shipping......**** happens

i remember a while back when i got my hondata. after everything was installed, my car was idle fine and running smoothly until one day the cel came on and the interface box wasn't turning on. so, i gave hondata a call, took my ecu and interface box over to hondata(luckily they're in socal ) for them to look at. after a few tests it turned out that it was my soldering that kept it working. i guess i just didn't put enough solder on the leads. well, after touching up on the solder points we plugged it back in and everything was perfect (and it was free of charge too)! I asked them about "warranty" and from what they say, they're really dedicated to providing great customer service so whatever the problem might be, they'll take care of you. Hondata
