Default Can I run Hondata rom editor without the blue box

Hi, I had my hands on the hondata 4b stage 4 logger and rom editor. However, I only have the software and missing the bleu box. As I can understand, the blue box is used only trought CN2 port, wich means it is only connected on the ecu board (4 wires) to read and data log. This said, if I program a 29c256 with baxtronix and writing my .bin with hondata rom editor, would i be able to run it into my car ?

Thanks

Normally? Based on my experiences, I think limp home mode is the normal mode of operation of the Honda ECU, why shouldn't it extend to Hyundaidata as well? Hyundaidata w/o blue box =

lol
