Whats all of this mean?

Whats all of this mean?
I have started planning my car out which I will be getting in the next three months. I am stuck on some of the internals though, yes, It is going to be turbocharged, but move this if you need to.
I am stuck on some of the terms and methods for engine internals. Here is what I need to know about.
sleeving, decking, and block guards.
If you guys could help me out with what all of that means (I know the general concept of it all, but not the details and important stuff) it would be a big help to get me over the log I'm sitting on.
Thanks in advance.

if you sleeve, you dont need a block guard ( recommended).
Not sure what details you want. Would help if you listed the engine, goals, turbo setup, budget, ect ect

do you realize the costs behind the dart block? keep in mind it comes bare. no sensors or anything. i just thought i'd throw that in, since many people forget about this. this is why most people sleeve a honda block instead.

sleeves- instead of using your stock cylinder walls new thicker & stronger (sleeves) are put in. relatively expensive and in my opinion not needed for a street car. yet if you do decide to go this route you will have a motor that can blaze tires in any gear, making silly HP #'s and still abuse it like you do your factory car. It's also common for people who do this to also change the cylinder bores to 84mm making there B series a 2.0 block
block gaurd- a machined piece of aluminum that is designed to precicely fit into the top of your water jacket adding rigidity(sp) to your stock sleeve. this topic is highly debated as to weather or not the are worth the hassle but for $90 bones you can't go that wrong.
decking- someone fillin the blank I'm tired

[QUOTE]Thanks for the help.
EDIT: How is asking for help BS?
[QUOTE]
cuz there's no way you're gonna have this stuff you're talking about. When someone lies about something, thats BS. Now if you were really asking for help, about things that could possibly be true, we would help you.

SuperStreetRX7's true intentions aside, I too would like to know a bit more about the topic at hand. What would be the most desirable option for a d16 running high boost levels and beefed up internals? Would sleeving just be overkill?
Also, someone refresh my memory, what is decking....something to do with welding, I really don't remember?
