Default what should i do ?

Well something let go in the bottom end of my itr ( main bearing , rod bearing ) therefore i need to pull the thing apart . I am currently running a stock itr motor with jrsc ...Since i am going to pull it apart i thought this would obvioulsy be a good time to upgrade .....So what should i do to the bottom end ? sleeve ? what bore size ? 2ltr ? what type of pistons ? stroke the motor ? what type of rods ??
My plan is to push approx 10 psi with the charger , hondata , rc440 's and would like to see 250- 270 whp is the goal ...oh and would like to leave the head completely stock .Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated other than i should have gotten a turbo...
Thanks in advance

you don't need new sleeves for your goals. You could get some nice JE or Wiseco pistons and eagle rods and hit your 10 PSI easy, hell you could go 10 PSI on stock internals with good tuning, ie hondata.

that was the original plan , i already have the injectors , hondata , crv crank pulley , and mvm stepper pulley to go to 10 psi .....but since i have to pull it apart (and depending on what all went bad ) i may need rods and a crank neways ....so therefore i was thinking should i go 2ltr ? what compression? lower it or stay the same ? etc
Thanks for the reply

For your goals you don't need to resleeve your block. You don't even need new rods but you might as well while you have everything apart. I would recommend Hondata, Precision 525cc injectors, Eagle rods and ENDYN/CP/Arias/Wiseco pistons.
