Hey, just wondering how many Psi i would be good for with a fully built b16 with 440 inj. and Hondata 3b? only thing is the block hasn't be resleeved. Also what kinda HP numbers would it give with say 14-16 psi??? Thanks

 

you're gonna have trouble supplying enough fuel for more than 10-12 psi with only 440cc injectors..

550cc's would be nice with the hondata. I really recommend resleeving the block, there is only a certain amount of pressure your stock sleeves can withstand until they crack. If you arent planning on resleeving, then tuning is going to play a huge key with your motor. I wouldnt go above 12psi without resleeving, 14 might be pushing it unless you have everything PERFECTLY tuned.

 

Ok, so lets say that i use Darton Sleeves, and JE pistons, eagle rods, Hondata 3B, 550 injectors. would i be able to do 16 psi daily driven????and say if i wanted to go to like 18-20 psi, could i just get say 720 injectors and still be safe, daily driven????

 

im boosting 16 psi on stock sleeve whit a block guard

yes, given that you are properly DYNO TUNED but the hondata stage 4b would be even better then the 3b.
