what is the max. psi can i boost with my .5bar spring?
as title, just wondering if this spring can hold 20+psi range?? or do i have to get a bigger spring.

then your boost limits are governed by your engine and your turbo. You can go above the .5 bar spring in the wastegate but not below it without changing springs

you mid as well get a bigger spring anyway....i would a wastegate spring is better then a mbc....once you install a mbc..especially a cheap one you start getting all types of boost spike ....one my first turbo setup ever i had a wastegate spring at 5psi aand added a cheap 3$ mbc to up the boost to 13 and it would always spike to like 20

You can about 22-23 out of the .5 springs. I have the .4 and got 22lbs before the wastegate goes open. I wouldn't recommend more than 2.5x the spring.

I ran 23psi on my .5 bar spring no problem. I had a dual stage turbo xs manual boost controller. No spike problems at all.
